Just think about it. Would you rather have 20 newbies in your clan or 1 RCL god? This drama on C&G about "saving the clan world" by doing this and doing that is all BS. I'd the clan world is in one of it's best periods right now. VIP Recruitment is the CANCER of the clan community and needs to be stopped. It brings a massive wave of newbies into the clan world that don't know anything. Even clan's that do VIP recruit still rely on their more skilled and talented members for winning. Skill beats numbers ALWAYS. Support. [Garfish2 Term'd Add 15K+ Posts]

so by this logic: > lets keep recycling older members until they all quit and there's no community left compared to > lets get new members in an easier environment to get them introduced to the clan world yeah that'll work fine years down the line my name is omar i come from afar R0AST3D5

" VIP Recruitment is the CANCER of the clan community and needs to be stopped. It brings a massive wave of newbies into the clan world that don't know anything." I agree with you on the first part but everybody who is new to RCL and the clan world are usually trash. But you're right about VIP recruiters relying on one or two RCL "gods". Dipski in the lipski. Chaw in the jaw.

I never said not to get newer members involved in Clans. As long as there are clans people will find them and get involved through ways besides VIP Recruitment. Inviting masses of newbies by tens of thousands into the clan world is what I am against.

You do know experienced clanners eventually quit, right? They have a life... So you're going to need some newbies.

@Frost, in a raid who will most likely be used then, the elites of the clan or the regular members? Let me make an example. RAT dismissing regular members for FoL or the meme FoA dismissing regular members for Dragoons.

20 newbies so that I can train them to be elites.

@Prae, what you speak of is difficult. It takes months if not years to get to "Elite" level in skill.

Elite clans should be dumped because all of the harm they do to newcomers, because they turn them away basically and never look back, but that's just my opinion

I'd rather have 20 newbies and 5 RCL Gods on one group, that's how the Clan World is kept alive and you wont have the same 200 active people recycled. And as time goes on, those 200 active people leave, and without newbies the Clan World dies. Just a thought, probably tru "ADD UR RAP SO U CAN SEE UR RAP"

Newcomers can get good then join an Elite clan.

Noobs are useless though. Look at any super clan, and check their MR ranks. There are very few, if not any, noobs in there. My point is noobs either quit anyway, or give up.

Elite clans should be dumped because all of the harm they do to newcomers, because they turn them away basically and never look back, but that's just my opinion [2] As I said earlier in this thread responding to the OP, I rather have 20 newbies and 5 RCL gods than 25 newbies or 25 RCL gods. Keeps the clan world alive, and you can actually win. "ADD UR RAP SO U CAN SEE UR RAP"

20 newbies = high % of potential being taught, they will become loyal RCL "gods" With power, comes an exceeding force.

The 20 newbies vs 1 RCL God is a dumb argument With good recruitment you can have like 100 newbies and 6 RCL Gods which is better than 20 RCL gods who are going to quit when you lower their over sized egos or the next "big" clan comes out. ⇒ ■ package delivered

Nobody for mass recruitment has implied they would use VIP recruitment either because those clans always die too. Just good ads, good base, and fun group. You will attract both types of people in time. ⇒ ■ package delivered
