Vasssy, noobs are there just to be there. The ones who climb the ranks and win the raids/defenses are the GOOD players. This is a fact. |

"Noobs are useless though.
Look at any super clan, and check their MR ranks. There are very few, if not any, noobs in there.
My point is noobs either quit anyway, or give up. "
Yeah because it usually takes time for noobs to become an MR or an HR lmao, they'll try to imitate the culture and buy robux and speak with grammar instead of "xd bro" unironically.
I've led a superclan for years, and I've been a highrank in dozens of them. They imitate the culture and assimilate so by the time they're highranks or middleranks they aren't noobs anymore.

Gar, one of the main objectives a leader of a superclan should have is to make those noobs win raids/defenses and become good players.

It depends if your clan is enjoyable in their opinion or not.
With power, comes an exceeding force. |

go back a few years to the first clan you were in, first learning the ropes of combat
now instead of patrolling for hours and having fun like you once did, you were kicked 5 minutes after joining the server for someone of higher skill. i guarantee you, 100%, that you would not be in that clan or clans period if that were the case.
your argument is immensely hypocritical because it implies that you came onto this game with full knowledge and skill in the game. considering you're only a sergeant in TKU, it's safe to assume that you STILL haven't reached the 'epitome of skill' you'd need to have to use that argument.
elitism has been proven to fail, while popularism has been proven to succeed. |

every single one of us has been in that "noob" position or class before, and it's completely irresponsible and hypocritical of people to look down on people for being in that class.
if we were given chances during our time during that phase, it's the right thing for us to do to grant that same chance to others. |

FEAR because more successful than your edgy clan because of their VIP recruitment. Despite the quality of skill, they grabbed a lot of people into the clan world and introduced them to different skills to learn.

John's Cobras under John, with being able to rally 100 to an event and the majority of them being noobs, was objectively better than any other elitist clan ever was.

I joined this clan a week ago so you can't really use that against me. But listen, what i'm saying is there is nothing wrong with promoting elitism. It is a great way to run a clan. I never said "ALL CLANS SHOULD BE ELITISTS". But Elite clans will do better than your average clan. |
