1.You must be in Shounen Gaming Community.
2.Shounen Gaming Community must be your primary group.
3.Earn your ranks do not PM High ranks for your ranks.
4.You must have to be in Shounen Gaming Community for more then 2 weeks to attempt to be a high rank.
5.If you are chosen as a high rank do free rank friends or people in general. |
