It's been confirmed that Tarzan is Elsa and Anna's younger brother. Frozen's director confirmed this theory in an interview with MTV. In "Frozen" Anna & Elsa's parents are thought to be killed during an awful shipwreck. The two sisters end up being orphans and taking over the castle together. Frozen's director Chris Buck stated: "Anna and Elsa's parents didn't die (in the shipwreck)" He went on to say that they washed away and ended up in a jungle far away. They build a tree house and a leopard kills them, so their baby boy is raised by Gorillas. And that baby boy is Tarzan. Mic drop You heard it from the man himself.

It shouldn't be. The parents of both look different from each other. (Also the wreck is probably the one seen in The Little Mermaid)

also "Unlikely. It is hinted by Jane's diary that the time period is around 1889-1895 in the setting of Tarzan. "If we use both Rapunzel's and Fitzherbert's cameos in Frozen as a reference, we can safely say that the time period for Frozen will be around 1780s-ish - about a century before Tarzan would have been born." That's not the only thing. There is the picture of baby Tarzan with his parents which debunks this theory. As Geekdad pointed out, the picture shown at the beginning of the film is in fact a photo (or daguerrotype) of the doomed family. 𝘔𝘢𝘺 𝘸𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯.

well it was confirmed, so that makes it true, but it conflicts with canon in the movie itself 𝘔𝘢𝘺 𝘸𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯.
