Dear the People of Docklands,
I shall now address the nation as the past ten months in the State of Docklands, a lot has happened which has affected Docklands in a bad direction, such as the following:
- Gun Control
- People’s Safety
- The lack of Law Enforcement’s Knowledge
- Abuse made by other officials we the State put in trust
- Favoritism / Bribery
- State Government not managing efficiently.
- Corruption in the Judicial System.
- Errors in the Docklands Bill of Rights and Constitution
- Broken Legal System
- etc.
As a nation, we can’t not allow pessimists to continually causes issues in Docklands. The temerity I have as we are currently in a bad position, that can’t work. We need to enhance to fix our current outgoing problems and find solutions. The abstract concepts that things can change without doing anything points to idiotic. As a Federal Overseer and a Former Governor of the State of Docklands, I decree and declare help from your citizens and the Government, as well DPD, to improve the relations between the two groups and improve the state’s laws. It is a shame to have citizens against Docklands Police Department because of abuse, it’s unacceptable and shall not be tolerated. The Government and I shall try our best to fix DPD with HICOMM Representative iKingMrJohn. I have potentially in both Chambers of House and Senate that they shall step up their priorities as leaders, as we can’t lose great people who has contributed to our great nation. We need to restore liberty, democracy, and activity into Docklands. Freedom, Safety, Professionalism has lack on our great nation, which should be strictly prohibited. We need to restore and recall for prosperity and hope in the Government, Justice, Safety, and YOU, the people of Docklands. Consuming Citizenship is the best to know you have joined us for a better Docklands in the future, and where we give you options for Employment and automatically your rights in the state. The intensity, the association, and ability to do something is the definition of fixing our crisis.
I am known as a politician when I was elected by the People of Docklands on 12/12/16, as the State Governor, but shortly resigned weeks after accepting the position of Federal Overseer. When I was elected as the State Governor, I did promise change in the State of Docklands. Every politician has promise that, including me, but there is no actions. Words and actions are two different things, but knowing myself and the connections I have, I will get the job done. All the people who work so hard and didn’t get what they deserve because the superiors or anyone else taking that ability of your rights away will be punish. People who have abused their tools and powers against you, they will be punish. People who has bring corruption, favoritism, and Communism into our Democracy land, they will be punish. As a leader in Docklands, I have to set up to the People of Docklands if no one will and I will stand alone if I have to. I shall have a meeting with Governor Lyoxic and Chief Justice Disordio, alongside with other congressional members, executive and judicial members on a plan to make YOU the people happy to see the improvements in Docklands and what we can do. I shall discuss the following things in that meeting:
- Safety
- Democracy
- Election Laws
- Enforcement on Laws such as People’s Rights, Driving Laws, Trespassing, Crimes, etc.
- Improvement in the Judicial System
- etc.
It was clearly to the original founder Kni0002 that Docklands has a broken legal system, and I totally agree with him 100% percent. It is clear to all you we want a CHANGE in Docklands but we can’t deliver it without effort. So the undertake we shall risk to help the nation, either it violates the Constitution or not. The Constitution is something that was made to be enforced, but if the Constitution isn’t helping us on the journey to fix Docklands, we shall break it and that should be debatable with the Supreme Court. I have broken the Constitution to issue the Executive Order#11 to fix DPD and the State Government relations back when I was incumbent as Governor:

Minutes and Seconds goes by, people have depart from us due to the bad issues we are in, we have to fix it as it is not impossible, it is a priority. The point of this forum is to address the nation on what is needed in Docklands, and to inform we are aware of all issues, and as of now, we shall step up and do what we should have done a long time ago. Smithlands is an way for citizens of docklands to increase crime rate and make a profit off of it. and for Mr. J_kido, You are an unrealistic, power hungry child. Mr. J_kido do you really think you can tame the DPD? Do you think there leaders will agree to giving YOU or the state power over them? If they do, Docklands is in way more trouble then we thought. Our "Great State" could soon become a monarchy under J_kido.

Cuz you make DPD application or POST or tryout only to gain entrance like how other State did. Now its so difficult to so it with DPD with 40k+ you guys made a mistake, a big mistake which has a big impact to all of us. |
