STEP 1: Grab around 10 of your loyal members. Then schedule a big training 2 hours from this point.
STEP 2: Split the 10 members into groups of 2-3 and spread them into separate Discord channels so they can communicate.
STEP 3: Ask your 10 members to recruit 3-5 users from different games.
STEP 4: Tell your 10 members to let the new members that they just recruited to attend the group training that will occur soon.
STEP 5: At this point, all the recruiting squads probably have recruited around 12-15 new people.
STEP 6: Host the training and make sure it's really fun to get the new members hooked to your clan. Compliment the new members too.
From your 10 loyal members, plus your regular members, with an addition of all the new members, your training will most likely have 25+ people in it.
Obviously not all of the new members will be loyal, but you'll probably grab a decent amount of people who will be, and some that attend trainings once and a while.
Royales did this method and got 35 people to a training, and the people that were recruited that day are still active to this day.
