The UMR Constitution:
Amendment 1: All UMR Citizens will have the freedom of speech.
Amendment 2: Everyone will have the right to use Ranged, Explosive, and Melee gear in all 43 UMR States
Amendment 3: No one will be owned and everyone will vote in every UMR election
Amendment 4: All Citizens will have the right to a trial by a jury of the Congress
Amendment 5: No person in the UMR will have to suffer cruel and unusual punishments
Amendment 6: No UMR President will be able to serve more than 2 terms
Amendment 7: Pumpkins are Illegal and if found in the UMR, the suspect will be sentenced to 75 years in maximum security prison
Amendment 8: All Citizens inside the UMR will be granted free access in and out of the country
Amendment 9: The Founder has final say on everything
Amendment 10: None of the UMR Air Defense systems will be used unless we're under an Air Raid |
