The important thing is to know the history behind this, most of the rumors are anti-Mormon propaganda
When Mormonism was founded, Christians saw it as blasphemy
They persecuted Mormons and killed them, this is why Mormons travelled/pioneered to Salt Lake City, where they founded it
On the way there, most of the Mormon men died protecting their families
To protect the widowed wife, they joined other families
When the Mormons were finally safe, this practice was ended as it was no longer needed- men stopped dying
(This was also a practice commonly practiced in Christian medieval Europe)
Some people didn't want to stop the practices, so they broke off from Mormons and stated their cult

it's not propaganda it's fact but i dont expect u to believe facts since u follow a religion which suggests jesus went to america after he got resurrected and that he'll be going to missouri when he comes back
