50TH CONGRESS
AN ACT
To withdraw American recognition of the so-called 'Kingdom of Hawaii' and to properly sanction them for making a mockery of the name of one of our states.
Whereas the Kingdom of Hawaii regularly violates the Roblox Terms of Service and the Rules of Conduct, which prohibit online dating, and what's going on there is disgraceful;
Whereas the Kingdom of Hawaii has disrespected us and our sovereignty numerous times; and
Whereas the Kingdom of Hawaii's very existence is a mockery to the United States.
Now therefore:
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the "Sovereignty Act of 2017."
SEC. 2. ABROGATION OF TREATY.
The treaty with the United Kingdom ratified on August 3, 2016 is hereby abrogated and shall have no further force; in doing so, the United States withdraws all recognition of the Kingdom of Hawaii and considers its government illegitimate and to be the unlawful occupiers of the United States' sovereign territory.
SEC. 3. CITIZENS OF HAWAII.
(a) It shall be unlawful for any American citizen to claim citizenship to the Kingdom of Hawaii, as it is an unlawful occupier of American territory.
(b) Any person in violation of this section shall be subject to detention at any American city, and upon conviction, imprisonment for no more than two weeks.
