Roblox says they are "kid friendly" and that's why the keep a safe chat and all of that. If they are really kid friendly they would ban gun games and other violent games on the site. Numerous studies have been done showing that violent video games cause people to has a lack of morality to bad things. The study had one group play violent video games and the second played pong afterwards they hook the people up to sensors and showed them real life murders and see how they would biologically react and it was proven that the violent video game group showed less of a reaction towards the murders. SO THIS IS WHY THEY SHOULD BE BANNED!

ROBLOX isn't ENTIRELY for kids.
It's a weird platform that allows kids AS WELL AS teenagers and adults. If anything, the website needs a few more features for older members of our community. |

If you really want that then they should add a age-lock.
Only people with a certain age can join this or that game.
By completely removing gun games ROBLOX would loose alot of players.
That would be counterproductive.
I have to add, ROBLOX isn't only for children. It is also made for teenagers and adults so there's no point in removing FPS games.

Here's a few points why your post sucks.
#1:Do you know why kids are killed by guns (unknowingly being killed) is becausew they aren't taught yet.
#2:Violent games have scientifically proven to remove stress and reduce violence.
#3:Roblox isn't a kid game. It's a mix between 8 - 16. |

What you're thinking about is more of the graphic games like CoD or Manhunt.

Actually i kind of support this... what roblox should do is to allow devs to put a age restriction on their games so that way when kids enter their age when signing up they will only see the group of game available to their age so like ROBLOX could become a adult and kid friendly website where there are also no restrictions on what type of game you can make... and also for any game that has like the devs 18+ rating then that game could have no safe chat aswell.... so yeah |
