[Sunset City Revamp] Information and plans

Hello Sunset City community! In this forum I want to give you updated information on what’s going on with the Sunset City Revamp. And talk about some plans for the future. I know so many people are upset and lost hype due to the fact the Revamp has been delayed multiple times now.. I’m also upset myself. I invested so much time into this game trying to perfect all the big mistakes we had on the previous Sunset City. Since we only have 3 developers it makes it a rough process. Cause when someone has a change in schedule you feel the pain of that person taking off.. We don’t have someone else who can pick up their end of the load. The stage we’re at now relies mostly all on coding (although there is still some stuff to be done with the build etc) but for this Revamp (alpha,beta) release we need to finalize what’s left with the code. The structure of the code is all built, It just needs bug fixing to make for a smooth experience. We kept delaying because we realized how many bugs we need to fix to make sure you don’t experience them. We don’t want you to rage or complain over issues we know about. So that’s the area we’re in now. A lot of you are asking the question: “But when will it launch!?” This is the question I hesitate to answer because at this point in time I have no control over it. As I said it relies on coding. That’s not my end of the job. So right now I’m working with the scripter (testing) and helping him out to get his parts done as fast and efficient as possible. So it’s very hard to answer this question. All I can really say right now is.. It won’t be much longer. Cause I can visually see what’s left with the game, if we focus a good week and a half we can have this out. The problem is I can’t speak for someone else because things pop up, schedules change. So I’m just playing it by ear I’ll let you all know once I’m totally confident with the Sunset City Revamp then we’ll give a confident date that we know it’ll definitely launch on. Once we do launch this game.. I have a lot of plans for the future (some of which I don’t know will make it through) but I’ll attempt to try. The main issues I see right now is our lack of transparency. We didn’t involve this development process with you all who matter most. That’s what I want to change after we launch this game. I’m thinking of making a public Trello which would allow you all to visually see what Sunset City has planned for the future. Trello would allow you an open door to the development process of Sunset City. Giving you the ability to comment on features we might develop for the next update. And depending on which features you comment on most that’s what we’ll possibly work on. That’s all I have to say for now I’m going to keep you all updated. Just know we’re still working hard to get this done and it shouldn’t be much longer. Many thanks to you all who still stuck around even with all the delays and issues Sunset City has went through I really appreciate it thanks!

Take as long as you need it doesn't matter how long it takes real fans will still have hype for the game and support your decisions

I'm just glad that we can probably expect to see the game in a week or 2. I really appreciate the hard effort the developers are putting into this game, and that they care that we don't have bugs. If this is possible, can they ask volunteers to help with the left over coding?.If so that would make things easier and faster, if not then take your time making Sunset City the best it can be!. I'm still hyped about it (I'm checking the game and his twitter every day for any updates). :)

IM SO HYPE the issue is I think once people get guns the game will only become a ######### game Just me and if I'm wrong and someone said i was wrong then 🙇
