S1: The following commands are accepted administrative commands that may be used by any executive cabinet within all seven Rockport cities.

S2: If you must use another command not listed here you MUST ask permission from the Rockport Governor to use it.
S3: Fires may be created using :BTOOLS so long as there are at least 3 Rockport Fire and Rescue online and receive written consent from the governor to do so.
S4: :BTOOLS may be used to fix broken/deleted objects.
S5: Gears are to be approved by the governor to be used in a command.
S6: Cabinet+ excluding SoTH and CCJ with his/her accjs are to follow this.
