Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation By Vote HJR. 1 An amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation to ensure that we have a regulated party system. RESOLUTION This will be resolved by the State Duma of the Russian Federation, if passed, will be continued on to the Federation Council of the Russian Federation. This will require a 2/3 majority from both chambers. That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the majority of the justices of the Supreme Court: “Article  — “ Section 1. The Electoral Commission, on advise of the Presidential Executive Office will take out a vast majority of political parties. This will make the Electoral System & organisation much more easier to handle. “ Section 2. The Political Parties that the Electoral Commission will most likely take out are the following here; A Right Russia, Yabloko, & a Smart Russia. Thus leaving the following; The Russian Socialist Movement, Great Russia, A Just Russia, Liberal Democratic Party, & a United Russia. “ Section 3. This Amendment is to ensure that we do not have political parties everywhere & a moderated amount of political parties so that when it comes to any sort of election; the system will be much more easier to handle. “ Section 4. Any part of this Amendment can change anytime and most likely will in the future. This Amendment will take place right after it is passed by the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.”.
