I am religious.
I have had observations in my life that have led me to believe that there is a God.
I can't do anything to force people to have the experiences that I've had. It's a personal decision.
In my opinion, it is impossible to convert someone. Conversion doesn't just "happen". Like I said, it's a personal decision.
So I leave the topic alone on here most of the time.

Well, what's the idea of god? A timeless all powerful omnipresent being. Now if the Big Bang happened on its own who created the partials in the begging god? The argument "then who made god" is invalid because the entire idea of god is that he is the beginning of time and the all powerful.
From personal experiences I believe in miracles and Jesus Christ, I cannot forcefully convert anyone that's between your yourself and god |

I feel like theists and antitheists both misunderstand the topic concerning religion.
I feel like humans are in reality very limited mentally and we don't even realize it.

But I also believe that we were put here by God. I am not worthy of such high thoughts, but I've made observations... And I completely understand if everyone else thinks I'm a blabbering idiot for it. But what can I do? They haven't been through what I've been through.
And I agree, God didn't have to be created. It's possible that he lives in a realm of existence where the whole concept of "time" -- that is, past, present, and future -- doesn't even exist.

i was a catholic for 10 years
that's my reason for being an antitheist atheist
i've read about too many religions to actually dislike the concept of it
buddhism is fairly decent though but i wouldn't convert or anything |
