The following order is to go into effect as of 1/16/2017 - 12:00am for all Bank of America staff & leadership. The Executive & Management ranks are now to be regulated by the CEO - Advisors, Associate Vice President's & Above will no longer have a say so in the following ranks below:
- Manager
- Board of Directors
- Chief Administrative Officer
- Chief Operational Officer
Members of Bank of America with a long history & service to our bank will be selected for these ranks & are required to host Three training's & two Mass Patrols weekly & log it on the Bank of America trello. Failure to complete activity logs on Monday of each week is a demotion from the executive rank. Any staff member in need of access to the logs may PM / DM me.
- No member of the executive rank May fire another - CEO's may fire COO's CAO's & below.
- COO's May fire CAO's & below if EXTREMELY NEEDED & PROOF PROVIDED to an Advisor +
- CAO's may fire Board member's IF EXTREMELY NEEDED & PROOF PROVIDED to an Advisor +
- Board of Directors May Vote to fire any Executive member out of power Below VP - With valid proof of abuse or treason to our company. Example - Selling secrets / plotting against our chain of command etc...
Management may only suspended lower ranked employee's.. If employee is to be terminated from BoA management may fire with proof.
We have finally beat our goal of 300 staff & growing we would prefer our leadership no longer abuse their tools - This is now a no tolerance zone for that type of behavior & you will be suspended, pending termination from BoA by board vote.
Please respect the rank & power you have earned in our bank, lead by example & build the next generation of leadership within our system. We shall grow & spread like our history but with our growth in numbers with must grow our quality as leaders & as the #1 Bank in both Las Vegas & D.C
