USM Is Inactive badly, they have no base, I wanted to create them one, no reply. So, they need more members, they need a base, and when will they get one? I have no Idea, so I am making a stand, If they don't get a base created, we have no defenses, they have a base at DC, but Its small, but, they can always get creative with that they got to use. I want to see a change In activity In USM, and their branches.
Navy Is currently Inacitve, USM Is Inactive as well, so I want to see change, no one does anything with It, the shouts on the groups are rare, If we get active, and get someone who cares about USM, we will most likely get better defenses and such. The gangs has Increased, and we must get them decreased as much as possible. We need to prevent the crime rates from going sky high.
We need a President and a Vice President who Is willing to do the job, and limit these gangs and crime rates, If we do not, they will keep on getting bigger, the crime rates will extend, and the Agencies may or may not fall, we don't want to take any chances, so, we must step up our game. We must recruit for Agencies, host try outs more often, and be active as well! I want to see Director's host try outs, and training's!
