This document is to be used as the standard training guide for all Koala Instructors. Please note that one cannot be promoted without having been their current rank for at least 3 days. All listed material should be included in the training for their respective rank. Instructors should also include universal knowledge (core values, configuration of store, hacking/exploiting procedures, rank duties, etc.) in their session as needed.

I. Introduction
Koala strives to build an employee of character who embodies our core values. We wish to instill leadership abilities into each of our employees. When creating this document, we consider the information necessary to make an employee successful at Koala and beyond. Please feel free to contact any management executive if you have any questions or concerns about our curriculum.

II. Training Curriculum
This curriculum is structured as follows: each rank should know the information listed under their rank name before qualified for a promotion to the next rank. When "Seminar" is listed, it is used to facilitate an open discussion on a topic.
Store Manager (Training Type: Seminar; you cannot be promoted to Senior Management with this training, unless you are recommended by a Board Member or above)

III. After Training Procedures
Instructors should compile a list of employees who they feel are ready to obtain the next rank. They may choose to further test employees to assure they are qualified for promotion. Lists of those who passed and failed should be sent to an Director of Employment or a Chief Operational Officer unless directed otherwise.
