Alright, to start of with becoming an successful HR in IR, you must master all of these talents that I expect you to.
Skill-
You must have a decent amount of skill in sword fighting to qualify as HR. Building, scripting, GFX will just improve your chance as becoming an HR since you have multiple skills which can be used to the advantage of IR.
Experience-
Experience does matter to become a HR, as I dont want random AD'ers becoming an High Rank without knowing anything about leading and have no maturity. Leading a past group and being a HR in a skiled group with proof, also increases your chance as I am looking for HR's that can lead in the right way.
Loyalty-
If you have been in any of my past 3 groups, this shows that you are very loyal and I can trust you to become an HR. Loyalty can be built easily by attending multiple trainings/raids to show me you are a dedicated troop in IR.
Recruiting-
Now, most people complain when I ask them to recruit. Which I dont want at all as a HR in IR. I don't even want to ask you to recruit. That is your duty and you must succeed in it. If some of you can't recruit properly. Change the way you approach people and maybe your grammar.
Leadership-
Becoming an HR is almost as leading the group yourself, thats when your leading skills need to come in clutch. And this is when experience helps you aswell, for example. If I'm offline and a raid was organized that day. Any HR that is available has to lead the group with love, show respect to every member and learn from your mistakes.
Active-
Staying active is a big thing, if you get inactive for 1 whole week, without letting me know. Your rank is in danger. Telling me you're going to be inactive, is another story. What i'm trying to say here is to stay active with IR, host trainings and recruit.
If you manage to master all these skills, you are an perfect HR for IR and you will be ranked asap. I have taken my time to write all of this, so I hope you read it carefully and wisely.
