Hello,
ICON is currently going through a huge reformation. For the past month we were around, ICON has made some accomplishment, but not as much growth as I wanted. In the past 2 weeks, business in ICON has been really slow. I was doing 95% of ICON's work regardless of how many executives we've had. So, I got rid of our executive team (Including the old VP) and began the new hiring process with applications. I did not get rid of these executives because I'm cold-hearted, I got rid of them because I had to do what's best for ICON. We need a change, and it's not happening with that team. However, each of the old executives has the chance to send an application back into ICON and get a rank.
I'm hoping that with the new reformation decision, I won't be doing 95% of the work for ICON. We need a team that is willing to take matters in their own hands, and I've found just the right vice president who will do that.
CarterGold123 will be our new company vice president. His application shows that he has enough experience in the right field to change our corporation into something big. After interviewing him, he's convinced me how he will be an effective vice president who acts like a leader. He will be able to get us more employees from the industry he's in as well as to hire a development team for the company so I don't have to build everything myself.
What will happen to our old VP, X5ty1e, you might ask? X5ty1e will be with us as the co-founder of ICON. He will not have executive power unless he get's accepted into ICON as a high rank.
This will be a very big step for ICON.
