You can attend an interview to get an trainee rank too. 2- | Noted Customer | We known you as a customer for awhile now you will only get this rank if we know you well or you are a you tuber or ROBLOX Admin or a game owner. 3- | Suspended | Only some people will get this rank they are people who do bad things to the group like scams,exploit,spam on cafe or wall. 4- | Trainee | Congrats you had passed an interview or application this is like a learning rank to get use to it but warning if you do not know everything you may get fired/suspended if you would like to attend a training please attend one or send in one of our trainings application it is one of does where it tests what makes what than send it to a HR to approve or a SR. 5- | Junior Barista | Looks like your a new rank you had passed a training/application training now you are a Junior Barista your job is to work hard earn an promotion at training or at the cafe. 6- | Barista | We belive that you can go on your own and earn a promotion at the cafe now it's training to get you ready for the MR rank so keep it up you may not attend trainings as this rank sadly. 7- | Senior Barista | Time to show off your skills at the cafe to earn the next rank or send in an MR application to get the rank. 8- | Supervisor Team | Congrats you had earn a promotion now you will supervise the lower scale to make sure they are doing there job if they are not give them an warning than send a message to an HR with proof or a SR to prove that they are not doing there job. 9- | Assitant Manager | To get this rank you will need to go in training because you are now gonna be aloud to rank people we need training for does so staff won't have aground attack than LRs will lose there jobs and some MRs. 10- | Shift Manager | You are an MR you are trying to earn the HR rank you will be uncharged of the lower scale and do shifts that's why it's called a Shift Manager get it oh well and your a manager so your suppose to answer questions and complaints to an SR. 11- | Board Of Directors | It's once again time to show off all your skills that you learned during the MR and LR progress to become an HR you must work hard a llot to earn the next rank. 12- | Chief Staff Officer | You are now required to send an HR application to an Chief Executive Officer you will need to send it every two weeks now your in charge of ALL MRs and LRs rank. 13- | Chief Management Officer | You are now a real Management Officer or like an Manager but now you will need to send an HR application every once a week to an Chief Executive Officer now you are in charge of some HRs rank you are suppose to manage people to help them earn promotions and you are suppose to manage the supplies at our cafe. 14- | Chief Operations Officer | Congrats you are the Operations Officer which means you are in charge of all MRs and LRs and HRs except the higher ranks now you are the main person to supervise our staff. 15- | Chief Executive Officer | You are now required to send an HR application for your own rank to an SR you will need to send this every month to see how your job is doing during the weeks you will also be accepting HRs applications if they have not attend anything this week they will be warned and if they don't next time they will be demoted. 16- | Vice President | Congrats you had won an election with a score of 5/7 or more congrats you are the Vice President you are in charge of all MRs and LRs ranks plus the HRs rank. Now you will also be accepting the Chief Executive Officer Applications too. 17- | President | You are now gonna be the president forever or be fired for bad reasons but you will not be replaced until your fired by bad reasons but that is okay you can always try again next election by the way to earn this rank you need 7/7 on your election. 18- | Vice Chairman | You are a friend with Flame Cafe ! You are an indeed trusted member of Flame Cafe ! You will be replaced when the owner leaves but that sure would not happen I say. 19- | Chairman | In charge of every SINGLE rank and the group owner he is a trusted person who is known to help this group and get members for it.
