Hello! Many staff are wondering what kind of ranks do things and what not, well, you will find out our guidelines here! [!] Noted client: A popular well known customer that is granted with respect when in our game. [?] Suspended: You were suspended by a high rank due to a reason. If you wish to appeal, please PM ComputerizedAxis or SunAxis. [2] Dentist: As a dentist, you must help out with customers and do their teeth, if you spot a troller, please report a HR, if it's cowcow, you better not be bothering him. [3] Dental therapist: As a dental therapist, you must help with dentists and assist customers telling them specific reasons of the appointment and results of the appointment and what happened and what not. [4] Dental technician: As a dental technician, you must help out with the technology and you basically help out doing X-Rays. [5] Receptionist: As a receptionist, you need to work mostly at the front desk and give out cards to customers. It is most likely recommended to not leave the front desk and do Dental work, it will fill the lobby with customers. [6] Dental hygienist: As a dental hygienist, you must help out with the dentists at mirroring the customers teeth and help them scrape teeth. It is highly recommended to not roam in the halls and do nothing, try going room through room and ask dentists if they need help. [7] Manager: As a manager, you supervise our staff and make sure that no one is trolling, remember, if you spot trolling, contact a high rank. If you see face changer abusers, contact a high rank immediately. With permission, you are allowed to warn staff with a SPECIFIC reason. Remember not to abuse medium rank privileges. [8] General manager: As a general manager, you lead managers and tell them what to do and what not. You also need to manage everything and keep the lobby under control, if you spot trollers, report it to high ranks or if you have our Discord server and have Discord, please do to #president-office and @mention the president. [9] Executive: As an executive, you must help out with staff and manage our MR's. As an executive, you should be having admin permissions of a moderator, if you do not have it, contact ComputerizedAxis or LuaAxis. You also have permission to promote or demote staff, false demoting, free ranking, or issues with an MR that is important will cause a suspension of 5 days. If you proceed doing the following, you will be fired. [10] Board of Directors: As a Board of Directors, you lead the MR's, lead staff, entertain customers, and look for staff that are always active and use great grammar plus helps out with many customers and promote them, even without making them have the proper points for the position! Do not abuse admin or group admin permissions or you will be suspended for 1 week. [11] Head of Operations: As Head of Operations (for short HOO) you lead all high ranks, low ranks, and medium ranks. You must look for abusers and demote them. If you spot trollers, calm the, down and if they proceed, kick them, and if they join again and continue trolling, ban them using SYNCAdmin with a reason (Must be specific) abusing admin, group admin, or any other permissions will cause a demotion or a suspension of 1 week.
