The Scientific Division is the core of the Foundation, making it one of the most important roles in the SCPF. As such, there are many rules that we must adhere to in order to maintain order within the Foundation. These rules may be subject to change over time, and the Director may choose to overwrite a rule within this guide whenever he/she likes.

•Section-1
Testing Hierarchy
Your rank in the ScD will dictate what SCPs you are allowed to test on;
Junior Researcher: Can test Safe objects only.
Researcher: Can test Euclid and below.
Senior Researcher: Can test Keters (with permission from a Head Researcher +) and below.
Head Researcher: May test any Keter and below.
Assistant Director/Director: May test any SCP within the facility, and may spectate any test regardless of current spectators during a test. The host will not be required to remove any spectators due to Assistant Director/Director’s presence.
Note: Unless given permission, ScD may not test anything that is above their clearance level. The only exception to this rule are Head Researchers +.

•Section-2
Spectator Limit
Depending on what you are testing, and your rank in the ScD, you may have a certain amount of

Researchers; Three (3) for Safe, and Two (2) for Euclid class SCPs.
Senior Researchers; Three (3) for Safe, Two (2) for Euclid, and One (1) for Keter class SCPs.
