Militant: Post active on the group wall with the correct uniform. You may also be promoted by attending at least one full training.

Militant-Apprentice: Do well at trainings, raids, defends, or help the Empire in some way to get promoted. It gets progressively harder as you advance.

Apprentice-Lieutenant: Great job getting this far. Things will start becoming challenging. To earn Vanguard, you must pass a written exam. These can be given to and be graded by a Warlord_+ or the current Director of High Ranks.

Lieutenant-Commodore: You must reach the 1st NCO rank in the HRA, you must have at least 2 designated High Ranks or 1 Warlord+ recommend you to take the 1st NCO. You will host a training under observation of a designated trainer. Shall you pass, you will advance to commodore. Rank cap is 10 persons.

Commodore-Captain: Rise through HRA to the final NCO, once that is achieved you need to have at least 2 Warlords recommend you to proceed with the final NCO or receive a recommendation from the Director of HRA. Once you pass the final NCO in HRA, you will be put on a High Rank trial. If you pass, you earn the rank of Captain. Rank cap is 5 persons.

Captain-Legatus: You must be active, host trainings, and show great leadership to rank up further, as well as being voted by the High Council with a 50% majority (4 votes)

Legatus-Warlord: To rank up to legate you must prove yourself to the Council, and be appointed one with at least a 2/3's majority by the High Council(5 votes). Rank cap is 5 persons.
