Kids nowadays aren't into using their imagination. They dont want building, or scripting, or even progression for that matter. ROBLOX isn't for them. Most kids today would much rather have an Xbox or a Playstation than to play a game on PC that involves using your brain. Lets be honest; lots of us are over the age of 16. When ROBLOX implemented 13+ items, I saw it as an opportunity that could lead to a much bigger, and much more wide scaled future of the ROBLOX community. However, those items died out very quickly. I do not know why, but ROBLOX has sealed its fate. I know that a large portion of ROBLOX's playerbase is kids, and i'm certainly not asking for this game to wipe kid-styled fun off of the board because that is what I grew up with; but consider adding more things in for us older players. Why you may ask? Because older users tend to stick to the forums. Yes, the closely bonded threads that tie us all together in one way or another. I (personally) have been on the forums for the past 5 years. I have rarely played games ever since, compared to the 2 years before I discovered the forums. The thing is that I do in fact want to play games, but ROBLOX isn't allowing developers to develop games to their true capabilities. The censorship on games needs to stop; besides the obvious things which would get filtered for being listed. It is time for a true 13+ experience. One we can all agree on. @Ronic Think about it, lots of kids are playing Call of Duty, Halo, and maybe a little Battlefield. Why play the knockoffs on ROBLOX when they can play the real thing? Also XBOX and Playstation sales are at a high. That is why ROBLOX ported to the XBOX One; in hopes to get more people playing.

People are just addressing the fact that you think most people are over the age of 16 rather than adding/criticizing anything helpful.
Anyways, I agree. ROBLOX may have a huge fanbase of kids... but really, would ROBLOX have gotten anywhere if ONLY kids played? The games really wouldn't be great. |

7-12 > 13+. have you checked roblox games today? you see 7-12 year olds everywhere. and you are saying that ROBLOX is lowering on kids

@Hmtp Again, you are making things up. ROBLOX has a TON of children playing their game. But, if every person above 13 per say was never here to begin with, that is a massive population drop. We need to allow creators to build to their own extent as long as it is slightly limited, and ONLY people above 13/16 can join that game.

Plenty of kids are on ROBLOX, I've been on as far back as 2009 and now I'm 18 going on 19 years old.

13+ Features are needed to keep the older players interested.
