Explanatory Statement
Party B hereto ####### to sell, buy, operate on US soil and engage in other commercial action within the US. In order to accomplish their aforesaid desire, the party hereto desi#######join under the Department of Commerce in a legally binding agreement between the two parties.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual promises, covenants, and agreements, and the Explanatory Statement, which Explanatory Statement is incorporated by reference herein and made substantive part of this agreement, the parties hereto do hereby promise, covenant and agree as follows:

Section 2. Benefits
-Party B shall be able to, at one time, obtain teams - or places - within the cities of the United States and operate on their soil.
-Party B shall be able to employ US citizens, and citizens from abroad, to operate.
-All forms of advertisement shall be available to Party B, provided by Party A.
Section 3. Duties
-Party B shall follow all policies specified in the application.
-Party A shall be able to void or amend this contract.
-Party A shall be able to enforce its policies on, and otherwise take legal action against, Party B.
Section 4. Expiration
