How to join the SPARTAN Program:
Pass trials (Success rate: 18%)
Must be handpicked
Maximum - 35 SPARTANS at a time.
Please note: SPARTAN Rank I is the equivalent to Petty Officer, Rank II is Master Chief Petty Officer, and Rank III is Lieutenant, so you do not have to join Navy. Just ONI, SP and the main group.
In Trials
You are not a Spartan yet, so don't get too excited. You have been chosen by ONI to go through trials. But don't get your hopes up, as these trials are harder than ODST and ONI trials combined. IF, you somehow pass, you'll go through augmentations, and begin your career as a Spartan. If you fail, you'll be put back into service from where ever you came from.
You also cannot, under any circumstances, reveal who you are if you're accepted.
SPARTAN Rank
You passed trials, and have been given your own name and number. You do not get to choose what your armour looks like, as there is only one variant available.
If you reveal your identity to anyone, you will be punished. You are to only use your given name, and/or number.

Assistant Director
You have been chosen by the Program Director to be his/her assistant because he finds you the best of all the Spartans. He finds you loyal, courageous and pretty hard to eliminate. The minimum rank for this role is Captain.
Director
You have been chosen by the Security Committee, because you know how things are done, and are quite knowledgeable in many things. The minimum rank for this role is Vice Admiral. |
