The State of Firestone, specifically the office of the Lieutenant Governor, the office of the Governor and the Legislative branch have shown continuous illegal and unconstitutional actions that have not been yet debated in front of the Supreme Court, this is why I am submitting this case.
**The Legislative Branch:**
In regards of the Legislative branch, the articles and laws that I am now condemning are those, specifically: "A Bill To Revert The Constitution and Remove all EO's (https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=206179382); my arguments as of why this was illegal and unconstitutional when passed shall be heard only at the hearing, as they would take too much time and space in this little box.
I also condemn all laws that have the purpose to "officialize" parties when in both the new and old constitution and Bill of Rights, the right to peacefully assemble shall not be infringed. Parties are not meant to be official State groups. They're simply made for people that wish to gather in a political way, period. This has set dangerous precedent without fear of consequence!
**The Offices:**
As seen, the Offices have been hosting illegal elections without any kind of consequences (see the law here: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=200876683). They have been using old powers illegal and unconstitutionally without fear of consequence due to our general poor law knowledge in our own citizens.
**The State of Firestone:**
When I have been officially made and sworn in as the Governor of the State of Firestone via the A Bill to Establish the Gubernatorial Succession (https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=196582072), I did not have any legal or constitutional obligation of resigning from my job as a Representative of the House of the State of Firestone. Yet, my job as one has been illegally taken for granted by the State of Firestone. My term as one has not yet ended and I wish to come and take my LEGAL sit back.
**END:**
As you can see, a lot of my arguments have not been written down here due to time issues, although they will be heard in the Supreme Court, for sure. |
