HEAD COACHES: Head Coaches can be hired ONLY by their Franchise Owner (Exception: FO must agree to let Commissioner and Founder hire HC's) Head Coaches can be fired by their Franchise Owner Head Coaches can sign players Head Coaches can propose trades if their Franchise Owner allows permission Head Coaches can release players ONLY 1 HC FOR EACH TEAM FRANCHISE OWNERS: Franchise Owners are hired and fired by the Commissioner and Founder Franchise Owners can sign players Franchise Owners can release players Franchise Owners can propose trades Franchise Owners can hire and fire Head Coaches SIGNING PLAYERS/FREE AGENTS: A Free Agent has to be drafted or signed A Free Agent can be signed by accepting an offer on the group wall Free Agents CANNOT be signed on the day prior to a game NO FREE AGENTS ALLOWED TO PLAY IN GAMES (NO EXCEPTIONS) IF A PLAYER ON A TEAM DEMANDS A RELEASE, FO’S/HC’S WILL HAVE TO TRADE/RELEASE HIM IN A WEEK OR THEY WILL BE AUTO RELEASED SUSPENSIONS: A Suspension can last 2 weeks or it can be permanent DDos/Exploit threats are a permanent suspension AA (Admin Abuse) is a 2 week suspension Group Admin Abuse is a permanent suspension Alternate Accounts being on multiple teams is a 2 week suspension Field and Ball changing to stadiums is a 2 week suspension (Can be permanent) REFEREES: Referees can be assigned by the Commissioner or the Founder Referees CANNOT be biased Referees MUST follow the rulebook Referees cannot suspend players, but they can eject players from the game Both teams Franchise Owners (Or Head Coach given the condition that the FO is not there) may overturn a referee's decision As a Referee, you MUST be ACTIVE FREE AGENTS, GUESTS, AND PLAYERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REF PENALTIES: False Start - When the center jumps, dives, or moves from his position (After the whistle is blown) (There are exceptions) or when an offensive player crosses the LOS after the whistle is blown (-5 yards from original LOS and dead play) Offsides - When a defensive player crosses the LOS after the whistle is blown (+5 yards from original LOS and free play) Dive Behind LOS - When any player dives behind LOS after the ball is snapped, a player can dive behind LOS after the ball is handed off or the QB crosses the LOS, a player can dive at any point in front of the LOS (+/-10 yards from original LOS and dead play or free play) (CANNOT DIVE BEHIND LOS IF THERE IS A FUMBLE) Delay of Game - When the ball is not snapped within 20 seconds of the whistle (-5 yards from original LOS) Snapping Outside of Hashes - When the ball snaps outside of the hashes (-5 yards from original LOS and dead play) OOB on kickoff - When the ball is kicked out of bounds (Auto 40) Ref Harassment - Excessive flaming, arguing, or harassment of the referee, 3 warnings per player, 3rd warning on a certain player results in an ejection (+/- 15 yards from original LOS) Intentional Grounding - When the QB intentionally throws the ball down on to the field (-15 yards from original LOS) (Can be considered spiking) Illegal Substitution - Using admin to move players during mid-play (+/-10 yards from original LOS and dead play or free play) Illegal Forward Pass - When the ball is thrown forward past the LOS or when the QB passes the ball to a player behind the LOS but in front of him and that player throws it (-10 yards from original LOS and dead play) Illegal Formation - When the QB is not within 5-12 yards of the LOS or when the center is not in between the hashes (-5 yards from original LOS and dead play) Too Many Men (TMM) - When a team has too many players on the field at any point after the snap (+/-10 yards from original LOS and free play) Lag Warnings - The play will be redone if either QB, DE, or Ball carrier is lagging, 3 warnings per person, 3rd warning will result in an ejection Use of :m Command - Any player using the command outside of OTO will result in +/-10 yards from original LOS and dead play, 3 warnings per player, 3rd warning will result in an ejection Admin Abuse (AA) - Any player abusing admin commands will be an immediate ejection, result of a 2 week suspension, and +/-15 yards from original LOS, can be either a dead play or free play resulting from the referee's decision Spam Tackle - When a player keeps tackling the ball carrier even though he is down, 3 warnings per person, 3rd warning will result in an ejection Pre-Stacking - When two or more players stack before the ball is snapped (+/-5 yards from original LOS and free play) Continuation of a Dead Play - When the offensive team continues the play after a dead play is called (+/-5 yards from original LOS) Snapping Before Whistle is Blown - When the offensive team snap##### ###l####ore the whistle is blown (-5 yards from original LOS and dead play) Timeouts: Each team has 3 timeouts per half Franchise Owners or Head Coaches can call a timeout before the ball is snapped A timeout is lost when challenges fail Onside Kicks: OS Kicks must be declared by the use of :m (will not be penalized) before the whistle is blown Each team is allowed 2 OS Kicks per half Both teams are required to be on the 40 yard line The kicking team must ki##################he 50 yard line to be a legal OS Kick If the ball does not pass the 50, it is down wherever it is touched Before an OS Kick begins, both teams must be ready and asked if ready The kicker may be allowed 3 practice kicks, but must notify the referee OS Kicks are not allowed to be the opening kick of the half
