you don't stretch a muscle pull, that'll do nothing. It may help for muscle ACHES, but for muscle pulls it can do more damage. A pulled muscle is either stretched or partially torn. Take an NSAID (ibuprofen), ice it for 20 minutes two or three times a day, and if pain persists for more than 48 hours without improving, contact your doctor.
