This forum is to state the correct way to complete the Inspection process here in Veloxic Empire. These rules will be held very seriously, so make sure you follow them specifically.
Before we begin, there are a few terms that you need to understand.
Command Line: The “Command Line” is the Director of the Division. This will typically go to the Highest Ranking person in VES/VEK/VER. For the VE lines, the Command will be a High Rank.
Company: The “Company” is all the members that are present at the inspection.
Inspector: The inspector can only be a Council Member+
Demerit: Points that will be taken off your score

To start the Inspections, the members must STS left to right. Failure to do so will result in a demerit. When you enter, there is a “Salute” and “At-Ease” tool. You are not allowed to use these tools unless told to. Failure to do so will result in a demerit
So, when you STS, make sure to be silent unless spoken to or you say “PTS”. The Inspector will announce when the Inspections begin. The Inspector will announce when the Inspections begin. The Inspector will command the Company to face the Veloxic Empire Banner. He will then say “Present Arms” (Salute) and either choose a song or say “VIVA LA VELOXIA!” You must be saluting when this happens. The Inspector will then say “Order Arms” which means that you are going to stop saluting.
The Inspector and his line will then go to each platoon and start the Inspections.
When the Inspector comes to you, you must start the conversation. The Inspector will not say anything to you unless you report in.
The Inspector will be going to Inspect the Director first (Command). When the inspector faces the lead Rank, he must say the following:
“Sir/Ma’am, the [DIVISION NAME] are ready for Inspections, Sir/Ma’am!”
Examples: “Sir/Ma’am, the Veloxic Empire Ravens are ready for Inspections, Sir/Ma’am!”
The Inspector will then respond: “Who is reporting in for this Command?”
The Director or Co-Director will then say: “Sir, O5, Director of (Division) [USERNAME] reporting in for inspections, Sir!”
The Inspector will then conclude that meeting. He will then go to every member in that platoon. Again, you must acknowledge the Inspector first.
This is how a member should report in:
“Sir/Ma’am, [RANK] [NAME] reporting in for Inspections, Sir/Ma’am!”
EXAMPLE: “Sir, Council CrushingFlowers reporting in for Inspections, Sir!”
He will then respond and ask a basic question like what 2+2 is or something like that. Remember when you respond, you must always begin with Sir/Ma’am and end with Sir/Ma’am depending on gender.
When the Inspector says “Good Job” or something like that, you must salute the Inspector. Do not drop your salute until the Inspector Salutes back.

This is the grading system for Inspections
This is based off 100 points per a person.
/20 Reporting In; This is a hit or miss. If you fail to report in, you get a 0/20. If you Report in correctly, you get a 20/20. If you have a grammatical error, you will get about a 10/20
/10 Uniform; Again, this is a hit or miss. If you have the right uniform it is a 10/10. If you don’t wear a uniform, it is a 0/10. If you are in a division and are wearing a VE uniform, it will be a 5/10
/30 Question; If you answer the question correctly, you get a 30/30. If it is wrong, it will be a 0/30. If it is right but has grammar errors, it will be a 15/30.
/20 Salute; If you salute the Inspector, you get a 20/20. If you don’t salute, then it is a 0/20. If the Inspector Salutes before you and you salute back, it is a 10/20
/10 Grammar;I really don’t need to explain this. If you have great grammar, then it is a 10/10.
10/10 Guarantee; You will have 10 points given automatically.

These points are gathered individually. Then it will them be averaged out for the division for its final grade. A 70%+ is a passing grade. Below a 70 will be a fail.
