SECTION III~
**REQUIRED SECTION**
This is the Basic Rules and Conduct section which is required for all soldaten to read and execute before moving on within the Empires structure.
HAUPTSTADT SAFETY LINES
~Since the Hauptstadt is our training base and our defensive base, we can be raided any time, even while training our soldaten or even resuming our duties. There are sections of the Hauptstadt which are "color coded" for safety levels~
-Green: inside the Military Police gate, in the safety perimeters of the base and the armory for protection, no need to draw your weapon (unless at the shooting range)
-Yellow: the Military Police gate and to the Civilian town which is patrolled by the Panzertruppe and Wehrmacht, weapons may be drawn, mild alert.
-Orange: The edge of the town's borders, the land between the town and the defensive bunkers, weapons are required to be drawn and moderate alert.
-Red: The defensive bunkers before hitting the beach which is the combat zone, weapon required to be drawn and high alert, ready to fight for your life.
-Black: Raider spawn, movement on the beach. **ONLY AUTHORIZED SPECIAL FORCES MAY ENTER THE BLACK ZONE**
HAUPTSTADT RULES
1. The Standard Issue LR & MR uniform must be worn at all times by all LR's and MR's, there are no custom uniforms allowed for LR's or MR's on the Hauptstadt.
2. HR's may wear the Standard Issue HR uniform or may wear a KANZLER OR KAISER approved custom uniform at all times on the Hauptstadt.
3. HC's may wear a customized uniform, and does not need to be approved, but can neither be insulting or immature on the Hauptstadt.
4. All LR's are required to salute incoming WO's, MR's with the HAND salute, and may only order their arms when the WO/MR says: "Lehne" which is "Rest" and the LR may resume their duty.
5. LR's & MR's are to HEART salute HR's, HC's, and the Kanzler & Kaiser, and may only order their arms when the HR/HC/Kanzler/Kaiser says: "Fortsetzen soldat/offizier" which is "Resume Soldier/Officer"
6. All Wehrmacht/Panzertruppe LR's & MR's are to either participate in training or patrol the Orange/Yellow zones IN GROUPS.
7. MR's are allowed to take squads or platoons of lower MR's and LR's on patrols around the Orange/Yellow Zones.
8. HC's are allowed to hire a bodyguard whilst on the Hauptstadt, bodyguards will be allowed, but senseless killing is not allowed.
9. The Kanzler or Kaiser are not to be touched by LR's or MR's, Ubermacht guarding the Kanzler or Kaiser will have you shot and banned if you touch either the Kaiser or Kanzler.
10. Special Forces may not have to follow orders from non-special forces, but they may not insult other divisions and make them look disgraceful.
11. Special Forces will wear the correct LR/MR/HR uniform while on base, customs are not allowed.
12. Special Forces may be authorized by the Kanzler to patrol the Black Zone or Red Zone, no one else may go.
13. The Wehrmacht Infanterie and WO's act as Hauptstadt Military Police at the gate and in base.
14. The Bar may be used by any on base personnel at any time, but you may not take your drink outdoors and on duty.
15. LR's are to address MR+'s as "sir/ma'am" or "herr", MR's are to address higher MR's and HR+'s as "sir/ma'am" or "herr", BUT all must address the Kaiser as "mein Kaiser" or "your majesty".
16. No insulting higher or lower ranks.
17. [MR] Leutnant's may co-host in trainings
18. [MR] Oberleutnant's & [MR] Hauptmann's may host trainings if supervised by a HR.
19. [MR] Major+'s are authorized to host trainings unsupervised.
20. The highest HR+ on Hauptstadt is in charge of the server and its operations, MR's may not command servers.
BAYERISCHE CONDUCT~
1. No insulting on the group wall
2. No over-shouting a higher ranking officer on the group shout
3. No wearing custom uniforms unless authorized by HR’s
4. No cursing over any admin message; "m" "h" "sm" "pm" etc..
5. Mod/TempAdmin may be given to a training HOST, not his/her co hosts
6. Mod/TempAdmin may be given to [MR] Major/Oberstleutnant any time in server
7. [HR] Oberst-Generalleutnant are given permanent admin on all Bayerische servers
8. [HC] Generaloberst and the Kanzler are given permanent owner admin on all Bayerische servers
9. Admin abusing by any rank in any Bayerische game(s) will result in an immediate demotion
10. Free ranking is not allowed, all Schuetze's must go through the Bayerische Basic Training
11. Retired [MR] Oberstleutnant+ are allowed on base and cleared entry
12. The admin message command of "sm" is only to be utilized by [HR] Oberst+
13. The admin message commands of "m" and "pm" are only to be used by [MR] Major+
14. The admin message of "m" and "h" are the only message commands to be utilized by trainings hosts if they are [MR] Hauptman or lower
15. The admin command of "tp" is only to be used by [MR] Major+ only
16. The admin command of "speed" is only to be used by [HR] Oberst+
17. The admin command of "respawn" is only to be used by [HR] Oberst+ or a training host if needed
18. The admin commands of "god" "fling" "dog" "noobify" etc..(immature commands) is to NEVER be used by anyone
RAID/DEFENSE RULES
~Raids may only be hosted by [HR] Generalmajor+ without permission, but [HR] Oberst's must be permitted by a [HC] Generaloberst to host a raid before initiating it. Defenses do not require permission, all soldaten of Bayerische will simply go to arms and serve their division with upmost certainty and effort and defend the Hauptstadt. The Black, Red, and Orange zones are all regions of combat. The Yellow and Green zones are the last lines of defense for the forces of Bayerische, if Raiding factions capture the Hauptstadt HQ flag for 10 minutes, the defense is lost. There must be 10 Bayerische in server and 10 Raiders in server for a raid to initiate.
DEFENSE/RAID CONDUCT~
1. No flaming
2. No exploiting
3. Only one person on the raiding team will receive mod and may use "pm" "m" and "h" for communication
4. Only [HC] Generaloberst's, the highest [HR] or the highest [MR] with mod may use "pm" "m" and "h" for communication
5. Any admin command not "pm" m" or "h" is not allowed in the raids, including "respawn" and "refresh", just reset your character, not admin respawn/refresh.
6. For the defense/raid to be won, the Raiders must capture the Hauptstadt Headquarters near the Yellow zone border, there is a flag inside and must be held for 10 minutes, or the forces of Bayerische must hold the Headquarters, there is no holding time
7. Spawnkilling is not allowed
8. Checking logs is permitted, not chatlogs
