It's a very fast, fully automatic gun that is used by the armies of the richest, most dangerous people to transport the questionable goods. Think of it like a MAC-11 or TEC-9 - it has one of those barrels that have holes to prevent the overheat, and features a stock.
All baddies are trained to fire the gun sideways with one hand, mainly because of the sick street sweeping action you can pull off by doing so. No gun reviewer has actually made a tactical analysis of the gun yet, because the Mendoza's production and distribution is largely kept secret, probably high-level black market or something.
