Section One- Permission levels ----
Entrant-E- Can not test anything. Can only observer in LCZ. Unless for SCP-999 and SCP-131 with a JR+ sponsor.
Junior Researcher-JR- Can test in L1+. Can observer in L2 with a AR.
Assistant Researcher-AR- Can test in L1+, L2+ with permission from SR+.
Researcher-R- Can test in L1+ and L2+. Can observer in L3+.
Senior Researcher-SR- Can test in L1+, L2+, and L3+ (with permission from CR).
Chief Researcher-CR- Can test in L1+, L2+, and L3+.
Board Staff-BR- Holds the highest regards. Can give final word in anything.

Section Three- Proper testing ----
-Selection of CD
Anounce the item (SCP) that you are testing on coms, then proceed to Class D Cell block (CDC). Wait at the front of the cell block and anounce the number of Class D's you want. Have the Class D's line up in a single file line infront of you. Proceed to testing area.
-Testing Area
Walk in a single file line to testing area. If a Class D tries to exscape kill him immediately. Before starting the test, read the conditions of the Class D's rights.
THEY CAN NOT SPEAK, MOVE, OR TOUCH ANYTHING WITHOUT PERMISSION. IF THEY FAIL TO COMPLY IT'S INSTANT TERMINATION.
-Briefing
Before starting, have Class D's line up, preferably on the wall, SDs to stand beside and speak the hypothesis, then process of the test. Also list any safety responsibilities.
-Testing
Conduct the test as said. Have SD on stand-by at all times.
-Finalization
To finish testing, terminate all Class D and say that the test with the SCP your using is over.

-Requirements
Entrant to Junior Researcher- Knowledge of permission levels and how to write a report, and a sponsor (Anyone who's tested with you, a L2+).
Junior Researcher to Assistant Researcher- Knowledge of collection of D class and proper testing processes.
Assistant Researcher to Researcher- At least one test for every testable item in MCZ and LCZ. Recommendation from a SR+.
Researcher to Senior Researcher- The ability to teach ScD. In-deff testing of every testable item in MCZ and LCZ. Recommendation of Chief Researcher.

Section Six- Rights in testing ----
You have the right to terminate a test in your hosting for any reason.
You have the right to control SD in your testing unless an HR of SD says so, or if foundation security is risked.
You have the right to test if given proper permission.
Section Seven- Protocol----
Quarantine- All personnel are to go to the breach shelter and wait to enter in a single file line, when the door opens personnel are to go in immediately and are to sit down. MTF are to stand guard by the door outside of the shelter. Once the door closes no one is to enter the shelter. MTF are then to go and neutralize the breaches.
Lockdown- All personnel are to go to the breach shelter and wait to enter in a single file line, when the door opens personnel are to go in immediately and are to sit down. MTF are to stand guard by the door outside of the shelter. MTF are then to go and neutralize the breaches.
