Establishment of the Power Defense Organization
SECTION I.
(a) This bill shall be referred to as "Power Defense Organization" or "PDO"
SECTION II.
(a) Upon passage of this bill, the Power Defense Organization shall be created. The group link will be (https://www.roblox.com/My/Groups.aspx?gid=3075910)
(b) The following ranks shall be created and each rank shall have a responsibility stated beside the rank;
- Founder - Group Holder. Has no power over PDO. May host elections for Secretary of the Council.
- Secretary of the Council - Elected by the Power Defense Council. Manages the Power Defense Organization. Host meetings/sessions for the Power Defense Council. Representative and speaker on behalf of the council.
- Deputy Secretary of the Council - Appointed by the Secretary of the Council. Does everything the Secretary does when Secretary is absent.
- Power Defense Council - Picked by each nation to represent it during council meetings/sessions. Votes on each bill and act presented. There shall be 19 council members. Suggested members of this council shall be President's, Prime Ministers, Founders, Foreign Secretaries, Foreign Ministers, etc. Only a Prime Minister, Foreign Minister/Secretary, or President may choose their representative.
- Any other rank doesn't matter as it's going to be staffers working for the actual organization.
SECTION III.
(a) Upon passage of this bill, members of the Power Defense Council shall serve as long as their nation approves of them. Their nation, at anytime, may remove/change their council member.
(b) Elections for the Secretary shall be hosted every two (2) months in order to establish a perfect union.
(c) Each elections shall be hosted on and as a forum vote. The ballot will be opened for 24 hours only. The Founder, himself, will be accountable to counting votes.

SECTION IV.
(a) Therein the Power Defense Organization shall be the authority to vote on all wars, entrance, secretary, any positions that is created within the organization, events, bills, drafts, or anything presented on trello or in game.
(b) If a war is started, which one must be passed with all votes in favor of "Aye", all nations within the Power Defense Organization must deploy their military forces towards that one nation.
SECTION V.
(a) Any member of the Power Defense Organization may be removed from the council with a 2/3 vote from council members.
SECTION VI.
(a) Each and every member in the Power Defense Council shall have the authority to create motions, a motion will count as passed once a majority of the total members on the council have voted in favor of the motion, a motion will count as failed once a majority either cannot be reached or a majority vote against the motion.
SECTION VII.
(a) The quorum of the Power Defense Council shall be set to 11.
(b) If the council does not meet quorum, they cannot conduct business until a quorum is met.
SECTION VIII.
(a) Any bills conflicting with this bills are hereby repealed.
(b) Elections for this council will start right after it is passed.

*More may be presented in the later future or even changed. We need a better system of protecting our nation and allies and this organization will do so properly. I ask that you all aye this. The United Nations and NATO are not the choice to go to when we need military support. We need PDO. |
