Another offense for Coach Pete Caroll. Lied on the injury report (Yes it matters because an opponent won't know if another player is not at his full physical ability)
Where's the outrage? |
I don't see whether it makes a difference or not. |

wait what??? telling someone a player isnt hurt is cheating???!?!?
what... |
It is against the rules and therefore a form of cheating.
why does the other team have to know an opposing player is at full physical ability or not? If the player is playing I don't see why it even matters |
If I told you that Richard Sherman had a tear in his knee, you think you might want to throw at him early and test him out? If he sucks then you throw at him the whole game. Really not that hard to understand. |
either way you'd be able to tell if he was truly playing terrible/injured?? I'm sure many players play with rolled ankles and such but that's not reported even though it can deteriorate their play? |
Not to mention, the way the league is with injuries, they don't want to risk him hurting himself even more than he already was. |
-youd figure it out eventually, but prior knowledge allows you to gameplan around it
-he had a torn ligament, much more severe than a rolled ankle
any way you slice it this is blatant disregard for nfl rules and therefore a clear form of cheating |
I guess you are right.
I still don't think its a big deal, and I still don't think they should lose a 2nd round pick for it. I also don't think it can be labeled as "Cheating", just a minor broken rule. |

haha yes lets tell the other team exactly what we are doing
this is why the NFL is dying. garbage rules, stupid fines. you wear the wrong cleats, fined. celebrate? i think not thats 25 grand

basically what your saying is you want to take advantage of a hurt player...
you are a terrible person sports |
i agree its not a big deal and i actually think its a dumb rule
i just intend to treat any minor "cheating" incident with the same overzealous lunacy as people have for deflategate |
and the only practical reason for this rule to exist is for fans and other teams to know why a player is MISSING a game..
I don't understand why a team is being fined for not letting their injured player being taken advantage of. |
and this is confirmed.. you're just salty....... this is why I rarely argue with patriot fans |

how do i know this was really about sports being salty over deflategate
lmao |
salty? no. deflategate was 2 years ago lol
im just being fair-minded |
you're not really being fair-minded.. because everyone else is being fair-minded and no one has peeped.. you're just over reacting over something WAY smaller than Deflategate itself |
no, no one else cares cause its not the patriots
deflategate is the farthest thing from a big deal also lmao every team ball tampers |
well if you were convicted of cheating once don't expect to have a clean sheet. you dug your own hole so get out of it and quit whining lmfaoo |
every team has been convicted of cheating but people only care about the patriots because theyre jealous lmao |
convicted of cheating on the same scale as the patriots in a stage as big as it was? Try again. |
As a Seahawks fan i agree that someone needs to get punished for this. Potential for major injury just for a win or two? We needed Sherman down the road, but not if it cost us his longevity. It isn't considered cheating, but as it is a violation of the NFL injury report policy, so.

absolutely. aaron rodgers admitted he overinflates ### ##### before every game, which means he did so in the 2010 super bowl, a bigger stage than the afc championship |
