In the year 2110, a 22 year old CDF guard named Drake Riggs decided that the law was unfair after his brother was sentenced to death after being framed for a murder he didn't commit. Drake had stolen military hardware and weapons to take the law into his own hands. He stole a titanium mask, carbon fiber armor, an urban camouflage suit, and a white cloak. He broke into a military point and took hardware. He was alone in his doings until 2115 when the Underground Bunker, Fort Shad, and Fort Wilmington exchanged fire. Riggs knew he needed a team to fight. This brings us to today, where "Wintertide" is leading a group of vigilantes protecting the streets of Tidewater. |
