I am Army Recruiting Command and Training and Doctrine Command Commanding General. Currently, there has been a lack in "talent" among the corp and time to bring some good recruits in. I have personally watched some C&G'ers gun fight and it's much better than regular recruits.
There has also become an act to stop running to military as you normally would and operate as a clan.
