Hi,
Today I will be making another post of some RCL tips. Link to my first one will be at the end of this post. I hope this helps, and before you start reading the tips, I want to point out that I am not 100% sure if they are good or not. I am not a top 1000 RCLer, and I am for sure not even past the "Good" level (IMO the next being the Elites). Again, I hope this helps and hopefully you will benefit from this. Alright, lets begin!
Make Smarter Decisions. This is crucial to winning 1v1s, raids, defenses, public Battleground matches, etc. "Oh no, this guy is rushing me and I am low health. I should try and get away and get a good angle so I can drain him." "I'm already at red health, I should probably heal rather than pop out and try shooting back." I am not saying play passively, nor am I saying play aggressively. Just make smarter decisions, analyze what situation you are in, if you have the advantage or not, etc.
Don't overaim. What I mean by this is don't move your mouse so much that you aren't hearing the hitmarker. Move your mouse to make sure that crosshair stays on that target for your whole magazine to hit him. Gaming mouses can help with this because of they have more accurate sensors rather than regular mouses. You don't need them, but it is nice to have one. You have to right away adapt to your opponent's jump pattern. If you can recognize your opponent's jumping and you have good aim, woah.
How To Counter Spinning. I find that the best way to counter spinning is to just leave the crosshair on him, right in the middle of him steady. The point of spinning is to get the other person shooting at you to move his/her crosshair left to right without hitting anything. If all you do is just leave the crosshair right in the middle, most likely the shots will register and you will get the KO. All you have to do now is to realize if he/she is spinning all the time or not.
Angles. Finding the right angle and putting the right angle in the heat of the moment is crucial to winning gunfights. Angles are really important.
