★[Introduction]★
Hello DPD, I am JalixOz, current DPD Superintendent actively working with DPD developing new and complex things. I am someone you would look to if you have concerns, someone who would personally speak to and help out. I have connections with DPD gives me the power to help them out and to make sure they are receiving appropriate content and information on Duty and in Trainings.

★[Plans]★
I have several plans that MAY progress DPD into a better state than it is currently in. One of my plans is the fact proper discipline is not given to officers at times, meaning, some officers may have given a 1-week suspension or disciplinary act that isn’t really deserved. I plan on handing out appropriate suspensions for officers that provide misconduct on duty, off duty, or on training grounds, the discipline isn’t because I am hating on you, it is to help you learn from the mistake you have made, and to reflect and consult for help. I also plan on progressing DPD’s training system into a more learning environment that will allow officers to learn proper conduct, proper uses of force, and uniform conduct, a training system that will help officers better progress in Harford is honestly in my opinion important. I plan on hosting trainings that are not too strict, and not too fun in trainings, as long as officers are learning the material I will make it as fun as possible. I finally plan on overseeing DPD operations in Harford and making sure DPD officers are lead properly and are properly conducting themselves on duty meaning Uniform on/body colors, firearm used when necessary, vehicular skills are up to standards, etc.

★[Discipline]★
As I have stated in my plans I will be taking discipline seriously, sure I can be fun and yes I can be a personal friend to be but proper job conduct is first, meaning, I will make sure officers receive correct discipline that will allow them to reflect and improve (Don’t think of it as a suspension), I will be making sure all your complaints are met and are put into effect effective immediately, I will be in the state of Docklands/DPD control board actively reviewing disciplinary sections for DPD and will be open to complaints and ideas for me and the others to implement. If any officer shows any misconduct, refer to me if I am available.

★[Speaking with the people]★
I believe speaking with the people is a very important process as you proceed to assistant chief and above because you need to be able to work with the public on solutions and productivity improvement that MAY just help us become better active citizens. I will be working with the people of DPD and SOD to make sure officers receive the best and are given appropriate content to learn in trainings, I will also be addressing the public on major issues that are eventful in DPD.

★[MR Trainings]★
MR trainings are the most critical phases for MR commanders to continue their growth in DPD, and as an assistant chief I will make them as fair as possible for the commanders. Commanders will be tested on Grammar, knowledge of the rules, conduct, experiences, and basic training. As commanders have co-hosted they have been given little experiences on how to host, administrative restrictions and so on. MR trainings will range from 1-2 hours including speeches that will be looked at precisely and so on. MR commanders will be picked for HR if they are seen showing proper conduct in Harford, and attending frequent trainings at the MR training.
