SECTION 13: CLEARANCE - Citizens are not under any circumstances permitted into the National Guard base. - Should a citizen show up and request access, they should be turned around back northbound. - Government Officials (House of Representatives+) may request access only if the Department of Homeland Security is present, and consent if given directly from the Major General. - In the event of an emergency, House of Representatives+ may be permitted into the base and should be secured in the administration building. - All departments must be cleared for entry before entering the base, under no circumstance should departments be let into the base for visiting. Entry by other departments, excluding the department of homeland security, should be strictly in emergency.
