To get Funds from the group you must have these requirements.
- Attended one Event from Ghosts
Once you have attended one Event then go talk to the Commander to give you funds.

Ghosts must have the appropriate Avatar for events.
The Accessories may be worn if its not to silly for events.

You must also must have your head color to be the color "Really Black" during events.
