Due to the amount of hate they spew up, they should not be deemed right for children.
Personally, removing the groups is going to the extreme. Removal of some depression groups I was in destroyed the owner, and make them quit Roblox.
Thus an option to only allow 13+ people see these groups and join them.
People lie about their age?
Simple fix: Do a catchpa for accounts (Personally, 10 year old kids are too dumb for these) changing/"making" their age to 18+ and don't let people change their age.. come on.

Forget the captcha part, just make it so they have to be 13+.
I know they can easily change their age, but that's their fault. If you make it 13+ then you are trying to help them be protected, it's up to them whether or not they want to be unprotected or not.

OK, but at least remove the option to change your age. You aren't going to be 8 then magically turn 17.
The only way you could change age is if you switch e-mail accounts and a pop-up saying "Do you wish to change your age?"
This way we know the account is being moved in hands, and it shouldn't be well-known. |

No.
1) Actually, for LGBT groups younger ages tend to be MORE accepting to them, or at least don't have hate for them. 13+ is when they start getting involved in politics and unfortunately choose to hate them instead of support them.
2) Why should some people not be allowed to share what they like with other people just because of a few people causing hate?
3) LMFAO 10 year olds aren't too dumb for captchas. You can't detect age based on an IQ test idiot.

And no, you should always have the option to change your age. I was under 13 when I first joined ROBLOX, so I set it to a different age ( Not against the rules ) and then changed it to my real date to when I was over 13 so I didn't have to deal with safechat, and still had the correct date.

Anyways, I personally feel like LGBT groups have too much of an influence on young kids. I see 7 year olds of the same gender getting a better love life than I had till I was over double their age.
Changing the age should just be removed. Causes too many problems. |

people should choose who they like and not be forced into the mindset that its not ok to be straight

I don't really agree with this, kids should be able to look at whatever their parents allow them too. If the parent says that the kid can't go to these groups that's up to them.
