【SECTION I】
Hello, Docklands Police Department!
My name is JustusMotion, and I am running for Assistant Chief of the Docklands Police Department.
I want to get our department back. We don't want abuse, we don't want bad trainers, nor bad HRs, we don't want false-arrests. We want useful-trainings, trainings that actually teach officers how to operate in our citys. We need to teach Commanders how to properly train officers, instead of messing around and wasting everyones time. I promise, once you read my speech, you will understand everything.

【SECTION II】
As you may have already guessed, I am a Docklands Police Department (HR) Superintendent, and I have been one for 5 months.
I was a former SWAT Advisor for Docklands, till the mass-reforms.
I was a former Police Commissioner for a United Kingdom group.
I am a current Assistant Chief for State of Wilson, which is owned by former Cabinet, sl_ap.

【SECTION III】
This department has gone through some rough bumps throughout the past two weeks. With High Ranks going rouge and leaving for other states. I plan to host advanced MR Trainings that'll prove if Commanders are loyal to the department, and can be trusted with the power that will be given. Making sure we have no abuse is my top-priority. We need to have loyal HRs that are dedicated to making this department great. They will teach our officers, and they should be trusted with that power.
I plan to host special-rank trainings. UR trainings will be trainings that give basic knowledge that'll make them become better officers than most Commanders. Low Rank trainings will teach more advanced tactics that aren't too advanced. MR trainings (Not the kind we usually have) will teach advanced tactics that can be used in more elite-departments. I will also do Commander trainings that'll teach Commanders how to train, so that they're prepared for actual MR trainings. These special-rank trainings may include promotions, except for Commander trainings. Not to be confused with MR trainings.

【SECTION IV】
Our department has turned into the department nobody expected it to become. We are losing our High Ranks, we are losing officers, we are losing the abuse-battle, we are losing the corruption-battle, we are losing our department. I try my hardest to find ways to fix this department, but all I can do as a Superintendent is host trainings that teach everything officers need to know, but that's not enough. On average, only 20 people come to my trainings, which is not a big amount considering we have a 40k+ group in our hands. If I become Assistant Chief, I have more chances to make this group better. Ever since I joined this department, I've wanted to help the group thrive. I promise you, this group will become increasingly better than it ever was before.

【SECTION V】
I promise to listen to every single one of your opinions on how YOU think we can improve this department. Every voice matters, and once voice can change everything for the better. I will open a place where officers can give their ideas on how we can improve. This place will be open to all officers and civilians of Docklands, even if you aren't an officer, you can still give us ideas!
I promise to host MR Trainings that will not abide by favoritism. Every Commander should get a chance to become a High Rank, no matter what gender, age, or race you are, you are always welcome into the Docklands Police Department family! I hate using favoritism in my trainings. Like I said, I want loyal Commanders ready to take the next step to teach our next-generation, not some kid who wants to play sharks and promote his friends.
I promise that I will be active and loyal, and always work hard and try to help others succeed. I will commit to any task I am assigned as a Assistant Chief, and I will be ready for anything.

^ The only thing that is keeping me inactive is other Police Departments, and I do web design. I juggle all of that, and I manage to be on ROBLOX everyday. I don't host often due to low attendance. Even if schools out, I can never find a time to host. I've tried, yet failed to put an inactivity notice because I do it at the end of the week, when most of my work needs to get done. |
