I, Commander nmerdo, propose an idea to better the city of Harford and cleanse it of criminals, presenting a new feature: the "Automatic Miranda Rights GUI."

This will make arresting criminals easier and 80% less stressful for Docklands Police Department officers. This will GREATLY reduce demotions and suspensions for DPD officers.

{What it Does]
This GUI will pop up whenever an officer equipping hand cuffs clicks on a criminal. The criminal's Miranda Rights will be on a GUI so they have no excuses for officers not reading them rights. As well when they log, they will be placed in jail. Because their rights were shown, they do not have an excuse for DPD and abusing and highly reducing demotions and suspensions in DPD.

Actually you dont always have to do the Miranda Rights. It's called a Lethal Attack- Meaning
Lethal Attack: They are shooting at you and you have to arrest them and there are other people shooting. (Most of the time if you arrest someone when you on the ground (Dead) it wont work) So you take out your cuffs and arrest them. That is a Lethal Attack. They were shooting at you or someone else so you arrest them with out the rights.
Lethal Arrest: You are reading their rights but then suddenly they shoot at you while reading it. You then arrest them and skip their Miranda rights.

Both of these are not Abuse Of Tools it is actually just lethal types.
