It's about an army going through a war with short numbers, hoping to make an outcome. Also, No More Tears by Ozzy Osborne? It's about police investigating the murder of a man that was found in a bush. So, you say that nearly every rock song in existence is about evil? How about you listen to the lyrics from these songs.
