The Reinstatement Period!
Here's how it works:
If you are Interviewer in Training or higher and you decide to resign, you have the chance of a Reinstatement Period.
The period lasts two weeks in where if they have decided to come back, they will be put at IiT instead of having to go throw all the LR's again.
BUT, every IiT+ that resigns will be at IiT when you are reinstated. If you were a manager and resign and want reinstated, you will not get manager back, but you will get IiT to jumpstart.
This chance is only available if you have resigned for school reasons or time reasons. If you resign because you wanted to go to another group, but want to come back a week later, you will not be reinstated.
