LS, TCD, Resade, FEAR, and others are fairly active. UAF just got a new leader, so they may be fairly active in the near future. I've heard that A-SOV has a good community, but I personally don't like its leader. You'd probably be best off avoiding a clan like RAT, though. They've cheated quite often in their wars and tend to reserve the fighting for their elites.
