INTRODUCTION
All high ranks of MerryWeather Security must know how to train trainees correctly. All high ranks are therefore, required to memorize the handbook.

Handbook of Activities for Training:
WARMS-UPS
-Grammar jacks
Ex: The trainee must spell out the number as they jump.
-Faces
Ex: The head trainer yells out a face, such as right face, left face, right incline, left incline, about face. The trainees must face the right way. For instance, the head trainer yells out "Right face", the trainee must face right to the position he is in.
MAIN TRAINING
-5 minute limit in the obby
-2 minute limit in PVP
-5 minutes for TDM
-5 laps in race track
-Practice formations for 5 minutes
-Aiming practice for 4 minutes
OTHERS
-Each time a trainee completes a section or at least does well on it, you shall give them one point.
Ex: "Name player 1 pt, 2 pt, 3 pt.."
-March in a single file line to the next section
Ex: The head trainer must yell "Single file line behind me! Prepare! March". The head trainer goes to the next section and the trainees follow him in a single line.
-If a trainee does not obey orders, disrespects you and others, or does poorly, kick them

CONCLUSION
All officers are to follow these orders when training men, any violations shall result in demotion and being accused by the Court. Any questions are to be sent to the president
