Article II: Celestial Republic Judicial
Section I: Court
The Head Judge is tasked with running the courts. The head Judge will pick 3 current council members to be the Primary Judges which is voted on by the council. If the Head Judge feels a Primary Judge would be biased in a given court case then he or she may pick Temporary Judges out of the current council for the particular case which also must be voted on by the council.
Our Head Judge stanleyloganlego has selected 3 people for the Position of Primary Judge. Please vote Yay(Yes, this person should be a Judge), Nay(No, this person shouldn't be a Judge), Abstain(prefer not to vote) for EACH of the 3 people listed below. Make sure to support all of your votes with reasoning. If you lack a proper vote response and/or reasoning, your vote will not be counted.

Yay, I feel the 3 of them should be voted in as Primary Judges. They seem to be pretty fair, competent, and open minded.

Yay, in fact, I felt three of those judges would be suitable for the position. Also, I questioned them and It turns out looking good.

Yay to kara1032 and iiOmqmissyii- They both make reasonable choices and are very trustable. They will be able to decide the court cases properly.
Nay to ssmago - I don't really have a lot of knowledge on ssmago but ssmago's reasoning (From the last time I saw ssmago) wasn't up to my standards.

Abstain, Kara, I don't really know her much such as her type of character and all that so I don't have anything to vote off of for her.
Yay, Missy, she seems like a really good person that can be really good at judging specific cases even though she has a little lack of bravery from what I have seen.
Abstain, Ss, he seems like he would be someone who could decide many things single handed but there are still more things I need to know about him to fully decide. |

Yay to all, Missy and Kara always follow directions in CR and I think they will be able to handle the role of Primary Judges.
Ssmago, in my opinion, would be capable of handling the role of Primary Judge, he follows orders but should work on focusing a little more.

kara1032 - yay, She is a level headed person and would be non biased.
iiOmqmissyii - yay, She is a level headed person, very freindly and open, and would be non biased.
ssmago - Abstain, I have seen him act out a few times in trainings a while back when we had instigators. I do not know if he would be able to keep calm and make non biased decisions. |
