What do stylists do?
Stylists are to prepare outfits for upcoming rookies/trainees for videos and stuff like that. They must have good fashion sense and also be able to prepare outfits to any themes such as aesthetic, dark, pastel, cutesy.

What happens if they are always on hiatus?
They will be fired or demoted to fans.
